Do you want to work with an amazing team? We are on the lookout for an RVN who is interested in taking on some management responsibilities, to join our small, friendly, independent practice in a great spot overlooking Oxford City centre with ample parking for staff.
Our nursing team are involved in all areas, from inpatient care to managing surgical cases and are fully supported by a team of receptionists. We are looking for a proactive, team player to join us and whatever your interests, we are keen to develop them, encouraging growth and offering CPD to create a skilled and happy workforce. You will work alongside a welcoming team, across a 30–40-hour week (including a share of Saturday mornings and no OOH, pro-rata salary quoted is for RVN).
We are seeking that special someone who possesses excellent communication skills, has the passion to deliver great clinical care to our patients and their owners, and who is excited to jump into whatever each day might bring.
We encourage applications from nurses who maybe considering leadership roles or have an interest in nurse management.
