Teresa Alves BVSc MRCVS

Teresa joined the Hilltop team in early 2025 and has been working as a vet in the UK since 2018. Passionate about animal health and welfare from an early age, she went on to complete her veterinary degree in her home country of Portugal before deciding to move to the UK where she has since obtained a postgrad certificate in Internal Medicine from Improve International and Harper Adams University. She has a special interest in complex medical cases, ultrasonography and endoscopy. 

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby daughter, travelling and reading.
