Helen Cox

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1997 and went on to do my equine nursing certificate in 2001, working with horses for the next two years. In 2003 I returned to small animal nursing and became Head Nurse in an Oxfordshire practice before joining the Hilltop team in 2018. I am passionate about veterinary nursing and feel lucky to be in a profession I enjoy. My main areas of interest are anaesthesia and medical nursing. I also have a keen interest in animal behaviour and work hard to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for in the veterinary environment.

At home I enjoy spending time with my partner and two children, Topsy my collie cross, three cats and a Thoroughbred cross horse! I enjoy reading, gardening, riding and being outside.
